VKLAR ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it when you visit our site or work with us.

We collect only the information you give us directly — your name, email, company and project details when you submit our contact form or book a call, and your email address when you subscribe to updates. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers.

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal (devis).

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. Form and newsletter submissions are stored with Supabase (hosted in the EU), which processes them on our behalf. When your browser loads our animation libraries from the cdnjs content delivery network, your IP address is technically transmitted to that provider, as with any web request.

4. Cookies

This site sets no cookies. Your language choice (EN/FR) is saved in your browser's local storage — it never leaves your device and you can clear it in your browser settings at any time.

5. Data retention

We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
