These terms govern your use of the VKLAR website and the services we provide. By engaging us or using this site, you agree to them.

1. Services

VKLAR provides digital design, development, marketing and related services. The specific scope, timeline and deliverables of any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or agreement (devis).

2. Proposals & pricing

Every engagement is scoped individually. Prices quoted in a proposal are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work begins once the proposal is accepted and any agreed deposit is received.

3. Client responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback, content and access needed to complete the work.
• Ensure you hold the rights to any materials you supply.
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you. VKLAR retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Revisions & scope

Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds. Work beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

6. Liability

Our services are provided on a professional-effort basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.

7. Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to that point remain payable.
